HR Coordinator Gulf & Levant Jobs in Dubai Abbott
Description:
We are looking for an HR Coordinator on a fixed term contractual basis to support our HR operations team in Dubai UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide general information to employees and services as primary contact for employees.
Supports the new hire onboarding process including managing documentation, internal preparations, system changes, coordinating with PRO’s and point person to field new hire questions.
Liaise with HR team and run day-to-day HR operations and employee relations matters.
Assist in updating as well as administering the execution of HR policies, procedures and process and handling employee queries.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
1-3 years relevant experience in HR preferably in a multinational environment
Working knowledge of UAE/ Gulf Countries employment law is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
