HR DIRECTOR

SUMMARY
Lead full HR function and people strategy. Partner with CEO on talent attraction, development, retention, high-performance culture, and UAE labour law compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop HR strategy aligned to business; advise on org design, workforce planning, people risks

• Own end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, onboarding; build leadership pipelines

• Run performance cycles, succession planning, high-potential programmes; drive mobility

• Design salary structures, grading, incentives; benchmark pay; oversee payroll/WPS

• Deliver training and build leadership capability

• Lead employee engagement, culture, and manage employee relations fairly

• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MoHRE, WPS, GPSSA, visas, and Emiratisation

KPIs
Time-to-hire, quality of hire, turnover/retention, engagement scores, leadership pipeline, budget control, zero regulatory penalties

REQUIREMENTS

• 12+ years HR (5+ senior leadership); generalist across all functions

• Bachelor's HR/Business Admin; Master's/MBA preferred

• CIPD Level 7 or SHRM-SCP preferred

• Strong UAE Labour Law knowledge

• Strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making

• Fluent English and Arabic
