The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing the human resources strategy and ensuring alignment with the RTA strategy and international best practices as well as monitoring the implementation of the strategy and related key performance indicators, and submitting regular reportsto senior management
• Managing audits to conduct studies and benchmarking of human resources based on best practices

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management from an accredited university
