Job Skills Participates as a critical business partner to the CEO and the executive team to develop and guide management in all areas of human resources and to ensure our global teams—including our team depth and structure, our talent and our development programs—are aligned with our business needs• Provides strategic insight and manages/delivers core HR generalist support in areas such as employee development, compensation, succession planning, training, recruiting, policies and programs, benefits and employee relations
• Implements and annually updates our compensation programs; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget); analyzes compensation; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary
• Performs/oversees benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost effectiveness and evaluation of the Company's total compensation program
• Conducts recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career pathing program, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing; writes and posts job advertisements
• Effectively partners with all levels of management to develop and implement innovative new policies and programs and to align and leverage Company-wide HR practices; develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures
• Ensures effective reporting and analysis of HR data to enable the leadership to make key operational and strategic decisions
• Acts as the company expert around industry trends and employment legislation and ensures Company compliance with Federal, State and international requirements About The Company
