Network with NationalPlacement Agencies and Universities/Colleges/Institutionsresponsible for maintaining a database of UAE Nationals to keepabreast of the placement demands and provide opportunities toabsorb them into the organization.
Manage theon boarding of the new National joiners along with the On-Boardingteam right from facilitating the joining day formalities toensuring a robust induction and on the job training plan has beenput in place to ensure smooth integration.
Actas a representative of the Emiratization function within the BU,providing day-to-day HR support to employees and management,communicating HR policies and changes, and relaying employee andmanagement comments to BU HR management foraction.
Guide, counsel, and mentor Nationals toensure their adaptation to culture and work environment, providingcoaching to nationals on a quarterly basis and ensure Line Managersalong with the nationals are working on their developmentplans.
Develop and implement engagementprograms and initiatives to enhance integration of Nationals withinMotors, foster better inter-department synergies and driveperformance.
Develop and implement recognitionprograms and initiatives for Nationals to reinforce desiredbehaviors/performance and support engagement &retention
Ensure the development needs of theUAE National employees are appropriately actioned by arrangingtraining programs in conjunction with HR, L&D forcustomizing the training programs as well as monitor effectivenessto meet the learning objective.
Handle staffgrievances & disciplinary issues pertaining to Nationalsand provide appropriate guidance to line managers for efficient& satisfactory resolution of the same, in line with HRpolicies, procedures. Undertake suitable measures to aidretention.
Facilitate smooth transition ofNational employees with regards to exiting the organization bycoordinating with the relevant departments and conducting exitinterviews for delegated staff as well as ensuring payment of finalsettlement dues within appropriatetime.
Maintain up-to-date records of UAENationals and provide periodic reports to HR management as and whenrequired.
