Job Description - HR in Charge

Full implementations of HRpolicies and procedures
Manage the staffingprocess, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring andonboarding
Ensure job descriptions are up todate and compliant with all local, state and federalregulations
Investigate employee issues andconflicts and brings them to resolution
Ensurethe organization’s compliance with local, state andfederal regulations
Use performance managementtools to provide guidance and feedback toteam
Ensure all company HR policies are appliedconsistently
Maintain company organizationcharts and employee directory
Partner withmanagement to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with businessinitiatives
Maintain HR systems andprocesses
Conduct performance and salaryreviews
Provide support and guidance to HRstaff
Analyze trends in compensation andbenefits
Design and implement employeeretention strategies
