Our client, an established bank, is recruiting for an experienced Organisational development manager for their offices based in Sharjah.
This position is for a highly experienced individual holding a strong background in both strategic and hands on organisational development solutions. Working alongside the department head you will be part of the team responsible for building the learning capabilities across the group.
A minimum of 5 years related experience in organizational development and / or Training and Skill set.
You will need to be well qualified and possess a Bachelor degree in Human Resources management, preferably in HR Development, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or equivalent.
Clear communication skills are necessary, with fluency in Arabic an added advantage.
A very attractive salary package up to 25,000 AED is offered with the opportunity for further growth and development.
A thorough understanding of the process/methodology of :
• Support org. planning including responsibilities of Job descriptions
• Learning & Development – knowledge of Needs Analysis / evaluation of potential solutions/implementing selected solution/coaching & counseling/measurement of ROI etc.
• Creates and implements development programs that connect employees to the business
• Identify and suggest to HOD – organization effectiveness interventions
• Assist HOD in areas of leadership development, team development and change management
• Manage the process of succession planning, key employee retention design, workforce management and development
• Knowledge and experience of design and implementation of Competency framework
• Knowledge and interpretation of assessments
• Knowledge of HAY JE methodology

Education:
