HR Manager Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the human resources department and ensuring that all HR processes are efficient and effective.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws. He/she should also have the ability to foster positive relationships with employees and management.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compensation & payroll, performance management, and training & development.
• Design and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws & regulations.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for employees.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and take appropriate action when needed.
• Analyze data to identify trends in employee attrition or engagement levels.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role required.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
Salary: 1500 AED per month (negotiable). We are ready to consider an immigrant for the position.
