Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of human resources management practices and policies, as well as excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization’s overall objectives. They will lead the organization’s human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, payroll management, policy development and implementation. Additionally, they will be responsible for monitoring employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary action in accordance with legal requirements.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field; at least 3 years of experience in an HR related role; strong knowledge of UAE labor laws; excellent organizational skills; excellent interpersonal skills; advanced problem-solving skills; a high level of integrity; the ability to multitask effectively; experience with HR software is preferred but not required. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
