Job Description To implement and ensure the quality of usage of the Human Resource tools and processes that lead to improved people productivity within the assigned operating companies. To provide specialist HR advice on assigned areas. • Provide effective and timely recruitment solutions for all agreed assignments. Ensuring recruited employee’s fit the need of the role and fit within the organizations cultural environment.
• Provide operational HR support to the organization, developing effective working relationships with managers and encouraging the development of good HR practice.
• Ensure all primary HR processes are fully documented and under the control of the organizations document/process management systems.
• Ensure all HR related policies and or standards are correctly adopted within the organizations own policies and procedures.
