Overseeing human resources operations across offices and plantscollaboratively managing recruitment selection orientation trainingcoaching counseling and disciplinary actions alongside the team.
Strategizing and evaluatingstaff performance visavis job descriptions and targets whilemaintaining compensation standards and formulating productionproductivity quality and customerservicestrategies.
Developing systemsaccumulating resources troubleshooting problems and driving changeinitiatives.
Enhancingorganizational human resources through the planning implementationand evaluation of employee relations and HR policies programs andpractices.
Addressing learningneeds and instructional challenges within specific departments orfor individual employees.
Collaborating closely with management and staff to foster improvedwork relationships morale productivity and retentionrates.
Ensuring adherence tomanagement guidelines by preparing updating and recommending HRpolicies and procedures.

Requirements
University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering BusinessAdministration Economics Labor Economics or Industrial Relations.
More than 5 years of experiencein organizational development processes implementation and over 3years of team managementexperience.
Proficiency inEnglish; knowledge of Hindi and Arabic isadvantageous.
Peopleoriented andresultsdriven mindset.
Demonstrated proficiency with HR metrics reporting and HRsystems.
Strong active listeningnegotiation and presentationskills.
