HR Manager

• Formulate, review, and update HRpolicies and procedures to ensure alignment with legalrequirements, industry standards, and companyobjectives.
• Work closely with senior leadershipto develop and implement HR strategies that support thecompany's overall business goals andobjectives.
• Conduct regular assessments of theHR landscape, anticipating future trends and proposing proactivestrategies.
• Coordinate and manage recruitmentprocesses
• Develop and implement performancemanagement systems
• Develop and implementemployee relations programs
• Provide guidanceand advice on a range of HR matters
• Maintainemployee records and ensure accuracy of HRinformation
• Handle employee grievances anddisputes
• Develop and implement employeetraining programs
• Monitor and review HRprocesses and procedures
• Conduct job analysisand job evaluation
• Manage payroll andbenefits
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HumanResources Management or related field
• At least10 years’ experience in a similarrole
• Proven understanding of labor laws andregulations
• Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
• Strong organizational andtime management skills
• Proficient in MicrosoftOffice applications
• Ability to multi-task andwork under pressure
