About the job

As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing generalist HR functions from A-Z. You will be the go-to person for both our management and our employees for all questions and concerns related to HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance, and Benefits. Aside from developing relevant frameworks, you’ll also implement, measure, and refine processes, policies, and guidelines.

Requirement

• Spearhead the recruitment, retention, and offboarding of top-notch talent from A-Z in an effective, timely, and cost-efficient manner;
• Organize and maintain employee files;
• Issue HR-related documents (salary certificates, NOC, experience certificates, etc.);
• Process and issue employee monthly pay slips;
• Ensure employees’ motivations and aspirations are understood and met;
• Drive performance management, identify and address training and development needs;
