One of the leading International Multinationals with operations across the GCC is now looking for an HR Manager for their UAE business
1. The Role
Develop and manage all HR processes for the company, ensuring effective employee selection, motivation, development and staffing, and through effective coordination with ME management team and key stakeholders to ensure HR vision and values are reflected across the business processes.
2. Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage the HR function across THE COMPANY ensuring high quality and aligned people processes establishment and implementation.
• Manage THE COMPANY ME employee affairs in all ME countries with THE COMPANY employees
• Manage recruiting, selection, staffing and on boarding activities in line with THE COMPANY staffing strategies
• To ensure effective training and development for all THE COMPANY employees
• To ensure adherence to relevant labour and employment law and, when necessary, manage labour relations, including relations with external labour organizations depending on each country’s local legislation and laws
• Performance Management: Help improve and manage performance, ensuring retention of good performers, and performance improvement plans for poor performers. Educate and facilitate the implementation of a performance culture (including the performance management cycle) across the ME countries.
• LDR: Assess, and recommend or identify solutions for developing associates. In addition provide management and associate counselling for careers, where appropriate. Work with line managers to develop career structures
• Organisational Development; Collaborate with the line managers on developing the organization and people effectively and devise actions to continuously develop the organisational design and culture.
• Coach line leaders to help them lead associates effectively, fairly and according to company guidelines.

The Person
You will have at least 5 years HR experience preferably from a multinational or industrial services background. Fluency in English is essential and Arabic would be a distinct advantage. A western education to degree level is essential
You must be currently based in the UAE to apply for this position
