Job Description - HR Operations Manager

  • 3–4 years of HR experience with leadership role.
  • Proven hands-on HR experience within the UAE is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and employee relations.
  • Experience managing contracts, HR documentation, and compliance frameworks.
  • Real estate industry experience is preferred.
  • Confident, structured, and able to work independently.
