Job Description - HR Operations Officer

Position: HR Operations Officer

Job Summary:

As an HR Operations Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of all HR processes and procedures. Your main goal will be to support the HR team in delivering efficient and effective services to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.

- Manage the HR database and ensure all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of HR processes, such as payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

- Handle employee inquiries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.

- Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees.

- Plan and organize employee engagement activities.

- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations.

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.

- Experience with HRIS and other HR systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Proficient in MS Office applications.
