HR Policy Planning Senior Specialist — Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role: Senior specialist responsible for designing, developing and continuously improving the HR policy and workforce planning framework across all departments and functional divisions of a major UAE federal government entity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and update HR policies aligned with UAE federal government frameworks and FAHR directives
- Run periodic workforce planning cycles and identify headcount requirements
- Develop career path frameworks, job description cards, and succession programmes
- Prepare HR metric dashboards for senior leadership

Requirements: Minimum 4 years HR policy planning experience, UAE National, Bachelor's degree minimum, fluent Arabic and English.

Salary: AED 40,000 -45,000 per month (INTERNAL — do not share with candidates)
