1- HR Project Advisor Job: Full Time Location: Sharjah, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and execute the Admin Review project including understanding the objective of the project, planning and tracking each phase and reporting on status, risks, impact, issues, and budget requirements.
Communicate and coordinate with UOS management, HR, and consulting company to define the project issues, goals, and requirements, and provide advice on different project-related issues.
Lead the implementation, operations, and optimization of the Admin Review project (including organizational structures, job design and analysis, etc.) and suggest improvements when applicable.
Work closely with the project stakeholders to create, update and oversee processes and implement timely updates as changes occur. Also, ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Job Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to prepare professional documents, in both Arabic and English.
A proactive mind-set to deliver results to business owners.
Experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation.
