We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with IT background to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
b- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
c- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
d- Screen resumes and job applications.
e- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
f- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
Job Requirements:
a- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist in IT & Non IT, Recruiter or similar role
b- Hands-on experience with the different job sites
c- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed etc.
