Responsibilities:Maintaining all personal related datafiles & ensuring validity of requirements like visa, medicalinsurance card, security pass , license etc.Preparing annual leaveplan of all staff.Coordinating with the HR Department forfacilitating leave forms, salary certificates etc.Preparing KPIreports.Coordinating all requirements concerning labor camp &transportation.Managing all allocated vehicles; ensuring thatinsurance, CNIA pass and registration is valid.Preparing purchaserequests for spare parts & consumables & also coordinatewith suppliers for delivery.Performing any other related duties /projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time totime.Handling Employee Grievances.Leave Management.
