Our client is a part of airport dimensions with deep roots into aviation that provides an array of services and products to international airports and their stakeholders. They are looking for Hr Specialist to join their team in Dubai:/

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and facilitating the recruitment process: placing adverts, reviewing resumes and shortlisting potential candidates
• On-boarding of new employees Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer’s own employment policies and procedures (MOHRE & Labour Law updates)
• Support the management with disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, personal documents, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
