Job Description - HR Systems Analyst

Tradition is the interdealer broking arm of Compagnie Financière Tradition and one of the world's largest interdealer brokers in over-the-counter financial and commodity related products. CFT is represented in over 28 countries, employing over 2,500 people.

Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a HR Systems Analyst to be based within the Dubai office.

Main responsibilities within the HR Systems Analyst position include:

  • Maintaining and updating the HR system according to business needs, improving efficiency where possible.
  • Providing technical support and training to the HR team and end user.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any system errors.
  • Ensuring that all data is accurate and compliant.
  • Creating and running various data reports for the HR team and senior management.
  • Developing and documenting system processes, policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the system continues to improve.
  • Evaluating and recommending new features and upgrades to improve the HR systems functionality and performance.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to test and validate system updates.
  • Inputting staff data into the system where required.

Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:

  • Previous experience within a HR systems analyst/support position.
  • SQL experience desirable.
  • Open HR experience is advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of database development procedures and best practice.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to perform in a high pressure environment.
