Job Description - HR & Training Assistant

The Role

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Assist with HR tasks like recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. 
  • Provide administrative support, managing records, and scheduling interviews. 
  • Support training and development initiatives, coordinating sessions, and monitoring progress. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, offering assistance and answering questions. 
  • Collaborate with management to develop and enforce policies aligned with our goals. 

Ideal Profile

What We Are Looking For: 

 

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven relevant experience. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient in real estate software, CRM systems, and tech tools for efficient administrative tasks 
  • Proficiency in the English language to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. 
  • Self-motivation and a growth-oriented mindset. 
  • A passion for people and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our team members. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written, for clear messaging to diverse audiences. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. 
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. 
  • A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (preferred but not required). 
  • Previous experience in HR or training.
