HR Transformation Consultant - 6-month contract in Abu Dhabi

HR Transformation Consultant / HR Project Manager with expertise in key areas;

• Essential to have strong experience in Compensation & Benefits & Rewards
• Employee mapping and employee analytics
• Experience in Change Management and employee communications
• Excellent Project Management Skills
• Strong experience working on large-scale HR transformation programs
• Arabic speaking will be a major advantage
• Strong background in HR and technical HR skills
• Analytical with strong Excel skills.

• The role is based 5 days per week onsite in Abu Dhabi
• Initial engagement is for 6 months but can be extended.
• Salt will provide visa, medical insurance etc for the duration of the project
