Job Description - HR Transformation Project Manager

  • Lead, direct and manage HRtechnology projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, andclosure, ensuring they are delivered on time,within
  • scope, andbudget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including IT, HR, and external partners, to ensuresuccessful project outcomes.
  • Overseestakeholder communications, manage expectations and ensureorganizational transparency and project alignment.Manage externalvendorswhen
  • applicable.
  • Facilitatethe adoption of new HR technology solutions, offering training andsupport to enhance user experience andtransition.
  • Proactively identify and addressproject risks and challenges throughout the projectlifecycle.
  • Enhance project managementmethodologies and HR tech strategies within PwC, fosteringmanagement skill development.

RequiredCompetencies

  • Strongleadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effectivestakeholder management.
  • Capability to handlecomplex projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in adynamic setting.
  • Skilled in change managementand in promoting technology adoption withinorganizations.
