We are looking for motivated and experienced HR Visa Administrator whocan join immediately.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize andapprove new staff MOHRE Contracts, ensuring efficient flow of documentsthroughout whole visa process and workload delegation to team of Typists.
• Ensureeffective communication between departments and proactive resolution ofClient concerns.
• Knowledgeableof Quota and timely processing of the Tasheel system
• Exceptionaldocument controlling for soft and hard copies of confidential documents,upholding the strictest data protection throughout the process. 

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Hands-on HRoperational approach.
• Exceptionalknowledge of Dubai Visa application process.
• Comprehensiveunderstanding of MOHRE & GDRFA
• Proficient inEnglish- written and oral.
• Excellentorganizational skills and document management. 

THE CANDIDATE

• Bachelor’sdegree educated in Business Management, IT or related field. 
• Minimum 3 yearsVisa experience in UAE.
• Confidentcommunicator with excellent customer service.
• Proficient inIT database management CRM systems and Excel and knowledge of EmployeeMaster (HRM Systems).
