- Partner with the Workday Team onquarterly updates and systemsenhancements
- Serve as primary point-of-contactfor technical HRIS issues from faculty andstaff
- Work with HR staff to assess changes tosystems, reports and business processes within thedepartment
- Assist HR staff with technicalissues related to the HRIS system by investigating problems anddeveloping detailed suggestions for resolution ofissues
- Partner with HRIS Team in the ongoingdesign, support, and maintenance ofWorkday
- Partner with HR team members to leadand/or assist with the delivery of projects including configurationchanges and functionality deployment (including, but not limitedto: configuration; testing, documentation; peer review; sign off;training; and change management)
- Assist withtesting and implementation of system upgrades, resolve systemissues, mass data uploads, and perform scheduledactivities
- Responsible for monitoring theWorkday, Recruiting, Benefits and Time Tracking issues as well asthe HRIS mail box
- Work with appropriate HR teammembers as needed
- Develop and document HRISsystem procedures and tutorials for employees

TheSuccessful Applicant
- Knowledge of data systems and abilityto learn more complex data operations
- Workdayexperience is required
- Strong Microsoft OfficeSkills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workunder tight time constraints
- Understanding ofHR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules,and benefit procedures in order to ensure correctimplementation
- Understanding of databasedesign, structure, functions and processes, and experience withdatabase tools
- Bachelor's degree incomputer science or related field
- 2-4 years ofHRIS experience
- Previous exposure toproject-related activities through active participation insystem-related projects
