Job Title: HRIS Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract Duration: 3–6 months (extendable)
Job Summary:
Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security while delivering effective HR reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in HRIS implementation, upgrades, and system enhancements
Maintain and update HR master data ensuring high data integrity and accuracy
Ensure HR data security and compliance with data protection standards
Prepare HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports
Conduct system testing (UAT & integration) for smooth functionality
Coordinate with users and IT to resolve system-related issues
Support system configuration, integrations, and vendor coordination
Perform regular HR data audits and maintain documentation
Provide user support and contribute to HR analytics initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
5–8 years of HR experience, including 4+ years in HRIS
Hands-on experience in HR system implementation and upgrades
Strong understanding of data integrity, data security, and compliance
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
