HSE Analyst – Port & Terminal Operations

• Assist in analysing port HSE data (incidents, near\-misses, KPIs).
  




• Support risk assessments using HIRA, JSA, Bowtie, HAZOP.
  




• Help improve safety workflows including Permit\-to\-Work (PTW) for hot work, confined spaces, and electrical tasks.
  




• Work with terminal teams to understand operational processes.
  




• Support Power BI dashboards and reporting for HSE metrics.
  




• Prepare documentation for ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 audits.
  




• Assist in optimising HSE processes in terminals.
  




• Learn to convert operational and safety data into actionable insights.
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of HSE standards for ports (ISPS, ISM, OSHA, IMO).
  




• Understanding of terminal operations and cargo\-handling workflows.
  




• Familiarity with risk assessment methods (HIRA, JSA, Bowtie, HAZOP).
  




• Basic experience analysing HSE or operational data.
  




• Exposure to Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.
  




• Familiarity with TOS / EHS systems used in ports is a plus.
  




• Good documentation and reporting skills.
