Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE roles, specifically in infrastructure and road works projects.
OSHAD (Occupational Safety and Health Administration in Abu Dhabi) certification.
NEBOSH IGC or above certification.
ISO-45001 Lead Auditor qualification.
Proven experience working in Abu Dhabi with a deep understanding of local regulations.
Background in a consultancy firm is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and drive a safety-first culture within project teams.
