Job Purpose:
HRBP (Talent Management) will lead and optimize performance review, training and development, succession planning, and career progression processes within our organization. He/She plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, talent development, and career advancement, ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and nurtures top talent.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Optimize Talent Management:
- Implement performance management systems that provide regular feedback, coaching, and recognition to employees.
- Develop career development programs and pathways to support employee growth and advancement within the organization.
- Facilitate talent mobility initiatives, including job rotations, cross-functional projects, and international assignments.
Lead Learning and Development Initiatives:
- Assess learning needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to identify competency gaps and design tailored learning solutions to address them.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Enhance Performance Management Processes:
- Design and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices and techniques.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Facilitate Succession Planning:
- Identify key talent within the organization and develop succession plans for critical roles.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to assess future leadership needs and identify high-potential employees for leadership development programs.
- Implement strategies to groom and prepare successors for leadership positions through mentoring, training, and stretch assignments.
Promote Career Progression:
- Develop and implement career progression frameworks and pathways to support employee growth and advancement.
- Provide guidance and resources to employees to help them identify career goals and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans that align with organizational objectives and employee aspirations.
Education Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Certification in HR, talent management, or learning and development (e.g., CIPD, ATD) is a plus.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent management, learning and development, or performance management roles.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, and career progression principles and practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance management systems and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
