Job Description - Human Resources Coordinator

As a Human Resources Coordinator at Provident, you will be a vital part of the HR Department, in one of the most successful and progressive real estate agencies in the UAE. You will be accountable for all administrative duties for the human resources department of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and attending to employee HR needs.
  • Payroll processing.
  • Employee records keeping.
  • Issuing certificates and letters.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs.
  • Experience using office equipment, like printers and scanners.
  • Typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Confidentiality.
  • 2 years experience in the same or similar role.
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
  • Proficient in English: Written and spoken.
