HVAC Draughtsman - MEP

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Draughtsman to support our MEP team in preparing detailed and coordinated HVAC shop drawings for high-rise and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of ducting layouts, chilled water piping, and coordination with other trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare HVAC shop drawings (ducting, piping, equipment layout) based on IFCs and design intent.
• Develop coordinated drawings with structural, electrical, and plumbing trades.
• Incorporate HVAC load calculations and equipment specifications into the layout.
• Revise and update drawings per site modifications and consultant feedback.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and maintain drawing logs.
• Follow local codes and consultant standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Drafting.
• 4–6 years of experience in HVAC drafting (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Understanding of chilled water, DX systems, ventilation requirements.
