• Goodon thephone
  
• Strong adminskills
  
• Bean assistant to service/operations manager, assisting with day today management of the service team and the engineers as theyprogress through theirday
  
• Takingresponsibility to assist in all areas of the service team in busyperiods
  
• Proactiveapproach to helping, booking work and converting old or overdueservicecustomers
  
• Managingand taking near full responsibility of our diarysystem
