HVAC ( Lead Design Engineer / Senior Design Engineer )

Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Lead Engineers, who will be based in our UAE office and lead the multidiscipline Engineering of the project.

Project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning/start-up of Hydrocarbon & non-Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion.  The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station.

Lead Design Engineer – HVAC

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise HVAC engineering design activities for Oil & Gas projects.

• Review and approve HVAC design deliverables, calculations, and drawings.

• Provide technical guidance to the HVAC design team and ensure coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, client specifications, and international codes.

• Proficiency in HVAC design software and industry tools.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 12–15 years of HVAC design experience within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Prior experience on ADNOC projects is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

Senior Design Engineer – HVAC

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed HVAC system designs, reports, and drawings.

• Perform design calculations and ensure accuracy of engineering deliverables.

• Support the Lead Engineer in technical reviews and client coordination.

• Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and specifications.

• Proficiency in HVAC design software and industry tools.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 8–12 years of HVAC design experience in Oil & Gas projects.

• ADNOC project experience is an advantage.

• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
