HVAC Technician | Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital Careers | Jobs In Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical problems in HVAC systems, including fault-finding, repair, and monitoring
• Planned Preventative Maintenance of HVAC system including split systems, chillers, FCUs, VAVs and all associated plant and equipment
• Planned Preventative Maintenance of all electrical equipment including pumps, valves, actuators and controls
• Conduct routine maintenance and testing on HVAC systems and ensure installations are to manufacturer standards and local wiring regulations

Requirements:

• A relevant technical diploma or trade certificate from an internationally accredited institution
• At least 2 years’ experience preferably in a healthcare setting
• Building management systems
• Knowledge of safe handling of refrigerant gas and related regulations
