Job Description:
We are looking for a Hydraulic Hammer Supervisor with extensive experience in offshore EPC/EPCI projects to oversee pile driving and jacket installation operations using hydraulic hammers. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in offshore construction, particularly in Subsea Marine, Jacket Installation, Topside, Cable & Pipeline, and Hook-up activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise hydraulic hammer operations during offshore piling and jacket installation.

• Ensure proper equipment handling, maintenance, and performance.

• Coordinate with marine crews, barge supervisors, and project teams to ensure safe and timely execution.

• Monitor and report on driving records, hammer performance, and pile installation data.

• Enforce strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in offshore Oil & Gas construction.

• In-depth knowledge of hydraulic hammer systems and offshore piling techniques.

• Experience in multi-location offshore project environments, preferably including the Middle East and Asia.
