Our client a top financialinstitution is currently seeking Project Manager to support theirtechnology team.

PositionObjective

Providesproject management of call centre solutions/ applicationdevelopments.

RolesandResponsibilities:

Manage project developments and system enhancements on PABX, IVRS,voice & video recording system, kiosks, RightFax and otherCall Centre applications.

Liaisewith project stakeholders to ensure project scope, schedule, costand progress as planned

Coordinate with vendors on system maintenance and patchinstallation

Assists procurementand asset management.

Verifiesand rectifies system security configuration based on securityreports for meeting compliancerequirements.

Manage data backupincluding schedule setup, tape administration, offsite storage andlog review to ensure achieving the backuprequirement.

Manage to maintainquality monitoring on network / server resources, network securityand server room environment in order to ensure critical facilitiesand responsible systems are working in optimum condition at highavailability

Review and updatetechnical documents such as system installation guide / operationmanual, etc. in order to facilitate the team following guidance /governance

Provides support onannual BCP / DR drill to ensure the drill is completedsuccessfully.

Requirements

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in IT with 4years of related experience

Withexperience/knowledge on Call Centersolutions/applications

Goodexperience in administration & supporton:

server (Windows/Unix/Linux)backup software /

McAfee EPO, DLP/ telephony system (PABX, ACD, Voice Mail)/

Video and Voice Recording / IVRS/ RightFax /

PC operations andmobile device (iOS / Android)/

VMware /Networking

Effective problemsolving ability.
