ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Nurse- Dubai

An internationally accredited healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking experienced and highly skilled ICU Nurses to join its critical care team. This is an outstanding opportunity for Western-trained nurses to deliver top-tier patient care in a modern, technologically advanced clinical environment.

As an ICU Nurse, you will care for patients with life-threatening conditions, delivering round-the-clock, high-acuity care using state-of-the-art equipment and international clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to critically ill adults in a high-acuity ICU setting.
  




• Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, administer life-saving medications, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
  




• Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  




• Ensure meticulous documentation and maintain accurate patient records via electronic health systems.
  




• Follow strict infection control procedures and adhere to international nursing and safety standards.
  




• Offer emotional support and clear communication to families during difficult and sensitive times.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  




• Current, valid nursing license in home country or country of practice.
  




• Minimum 2 years’ recent ICU experience in a high-dependency or critical care setting.
  




• BLS and ACLS certification required.
  




• Preference for candidates trained and registered in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
  




• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  




• Comfortable working in a multicultural team and adapting to international standards of care.
  




• Willing to work in Dubai
