We are recruiting for an ICU Nurse, to be based in Dubai, working with a market leading Medical & Healthcare provider who are long established and well respected within the region. Now expanding an opening several new clinics in areas such as the Marina, Jumeirah and Downtown. Kare Plus-MENA are a market leading (Permanent) Staffing Services provider dedicated to sourcing high calibre talent such as Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Dentists, Pharmacists, and Allied Health Professionals to the Medical & Healthcare sector since 1989. Now based in Dubai and with 83 offices globally.

Responsibilities:

• Answering calls, as well as welcoming and assisting patients and visitors.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments, tests, treatments, and other procedures.
• Obtaining and updating patients’ personal and health information.
• Creating and maintaining electronic health records.
• Preparing patients’ files for consultation and evaluation.
• Managing inquiries and relaying messages about scheduling, referrals, and prescription refills.
• Verifying medical insurance information, as well as mediating between patients and medical insurers.
• Collecting co-payments from patients and following up on medical insurance claims.
• Entering payment information into an electronic billing system.
• Maintaining an office supply inventory and replenishing stock in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Must be eligible for DHA licence as a registered Nurse.
• Must have relevant Nursing degree qualification from home country.
• Must have at least 2 yrs post graduate Nursing experience.
• Must have a proven background and skills in an ICU setting.
• Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Would ideally suit those already located in the UAE with DHA licence.
• Suitable for those based overseas in other countries. (Return Airticket is provided).
