Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled ICU Specialist to join one of the prestigious hospitals in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and be passionate about providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:

- Provide specialized care to patients in the intensive care unit, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and performing necessary procedures.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for each patient.

- Use advanced medical equipment and technology to monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient medical history and progress.

- Educate patients and their families on the care plan, procedures, and potential risks.

- Work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment to respond to emergencies and provide immediate care to critical patients.

- Stay up-to-date on current practices and procedures in critical care through attending conferences, workshops, and continuing education courses.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote safe and effective patient care.

Requirements:

- Basic medical degree and specialization in critical care or intensive care.

- Active and valid medical license in the UAE.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an ICU setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology.

- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation.

- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- The candidate must have completed their education or training in a recognized Western institution.
