Job Description - Indoor Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information as required.
Keep up with product and service information and updates.
Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
Stay informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Close sales and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Good Communication Skills (English mandatory, Arabic preferred).
PC skills.
Critical thinking.
Familiar with any POS software.
No diploma or certification required.
