Job Description - Indoor Sales Executive

Maintaining long-lastingrelationships with existing customers through exceptionalafter-sales service.
Actively sourcing newsales opportunities through cold-calling andemailing.
Developing in-depth knowledge ofproduct features and benefits.
Utilizingvirtual meetings to build relationships with newcustomers.
Processing customers'purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department toensure the timely delivery of orderedproducts.
Advising customers on suitableproduct selection based on their needs andspecifications.
Creating a sales pipeline toaccurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in thepurchasing process.
Following up on salesinquiries that are made by potential customers through websitechats, emails, and inbound calls.
