Building ateam ofPFAs:
Identifyingprospective PFAs as per the guidelines of theorganisation
Coordinating theappointment process of the PFAs
Activisation ofsuccessfully appointed new PFAs through handholding, participationin OJT and ensuring their motivation to sell
Achieving thenumber of active PFAs in his / her team as per the organisationstargets
Deliversales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated SalesProcess:
Prepare monthlyand annual action plans to achieve his/her goals
Ensuringadherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by thecompany
Motivating andensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for thePFA are achieved
Measurement andtracking of relevant metrics for PFAs
Ensure thatR&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAs inthe team and used effectively to motivate and help teamperform
Work towardsachieving the target sales and product mix from the team ofPFAs
Track customerproposals through to conversion
Experience Minimum 3 years sales experience. Handlingteam of minimum 5 will
bean added advantage
