Industrial Male Nurse Oman

We are lookinf for an experienced Industrial Male Nurse to join our team in Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care within an industrial setting, ensuring the health and safety of employees while promoting a culture of wellness.

Your main responsibilities will include conducting health assessments, administering first aid and emergency care, and providing health education to employees regarding occupational hazards and preventative measures. You will work closely with management to develop health and safety programs and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct health assessments and monitor the health status of employees.

- Provide first aid and emergency response services as needed.

- Administer vaccinations and perform routine health screenings.

- Educate employees on health and safety practices related to their work environment.

- Collaborate with management to implement health programs and initiatives.

- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Nursing degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma) from an accredited institution.

- Valid nursing license and registration in Oman.

- Previous experience as a nurse in an industrial or occupational health setting is preferred.

- Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.

- ALS and BLS certified.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergencies as needed.
