We have an urgent requirement for Infra – Senior Project Manager (Al Ghail Industrial Zone) for our client based  Ras -Al- Khaimah.

Role Overview
The Infra – Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure works (roads, utilities, drainage, STP) within Al Ghail Industrial Zone. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The incumbent will manage the infrastructure project portfolio, coordinating all stakeholders to achieve approved schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities
•    Infrastructure Execution: Lead and manage execution of infrastructure packages (roads, utilities, drainage, STP) within Al Ghail Zone.
•    Authority Coordination: Liaise with utility authorities (UTICO, EWE, RAK Gas, RAK Civil Defence, RAK Municipality) for approvals, tie-ins, and NOCs.
•    Contractor Management: Manage contractors and consultants to ensure delivery per approved scope, cost, and time.
•    Design Review: Review design deliverables, technical drawings, and specifications for compliance.
•    Cost & Progress Monitoring: Track project cost, cash flow, and progress against baseline schedules.
•    Meetings & Issue Resolution: Chair progress meetings; resolve technical, contractual, and site coordination issues.
•    Change Management: Review and approve variations, claims, and change requests within delegated authority.
•    Risk Management: Identify risks (utility clashes, authority approvals, ground conditions) and implement mitigation strategies.
•    Compliance: Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and  infrastructure project procedures.
•    Handover: Oversee testing, commissioning, handover, and defects liability processes.
•    Reporting: Present project status updates, cost, and risk reports to leadership.
•    Interface Management: Coordinate interfaces between infrastructure and building/fit-out packages.
•    Master Planning: Support master planning and capacity studies for future zone development.
•    Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets and cash flow forecasts against approved baseline.
•    Communication: Deliver clear verbal communication and presentations to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
•    Minimum 15–17 years of experience in infrastructure project management, including senior leadership roles.
•    Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
•    Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP/PMBOK).
•    Proven technical expertise and presentation skills.
•    Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
