🚨 IN-HOUSE HIRING – Retention & Conversion Agents (Dubai | UK Market)

We are currently hiring in-house Retention & Conversion Agents for a trusted global brand operating in regulated, high-volume markets. This role will manage the UK desk from our Dubai office.

🌍 Target Geo: UK

• Strong English speakers required

• British accent is a strong advantage

🎯 We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in Retention / Re-activation / Conversion / Sales / Client Recovery

• Forex / CFD / Trading experience – a strong advantage

• Ethical mindset with strong closing ability

• Performance-driven professionals ready to work on-site in Dubai

• Ability to manage high-value UK clients and drive strong deposit volumes

• Candidates currently based in Dubai preferred (or willing to relocate to dubai)

• Up to €4,700 tax-free base salary (based on experience & language skills)

• High, tax-free commissions
