*Job Summary:*

We are hiring an *Inside Sales & Social Media Executive* to support our sales and marketing team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, lead follow-ups, and managing social media platforms to generate brand awareness and leads.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Inside Sales*

- Handle inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from customers

- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closure

- Maintain CRM and update daily sales reports

- Coordinate with operations/logistics for order processing

*Social Media*

- Manage and grow company social media pages - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok

- Create content, posts, reels, and captions to engage audience

- Respond to comments, DMs and customer queries on social platforms

- Run basic paid ads/campaigns and track performance

- Monitor trends and suggest ideas to increase brand visibility

*Requirements:*

- *Experience:* 0-1 year in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Social Media. Freshers with good communication skills can apply

- *Skills:* Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Arabic is a plus

- *Social Media:* Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, content creation and scheduling tools

- *Other:* Computer literate - MS Office, Google Sheets. Self-motivated and target-oriented

- *Personality:* Good phone manner, presentable, and customer-focused

*Benefits:*
