Inside Sales Representative Arabic speaking

Job Description

• Enter customer orders and internal orders.
• Check setup, pricing, quantities, check specific details, expedite if necessary, follow up with customer and suppliers for questions on discrepancies.
• Put order on delivery with the warehouse, confirm with customer.
• Answering phones for direct line and customer support. Price and delivery information, checking status, tracking number, product support for general questions, forward questions that are more technical. New customers with no account need to be channelled to outside sales representatives.
• Respond to mails from customers, internal, outside sales representatives regarding general questions.
• Run back log report to check current delivery status. Follow up on late P.O., delivery, credit holds, checking future dates, reallocating prioritizing delivery. Follow up with customers accordingly.
• Support selling activities as needed.
• Review and generate sales quotations as required and manage existing and regular customers.
• Work closely with complete sales department to assure full customer satisfaction.
• Process customer returns. Process credits and debits.
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve questions and concerns.

Skills

• Languages: Arabic, English
• Previous experience within a technical, engineering, automation environment.
• Possess a high level of commercial awareness.
• Strong technical mindset with the ability to read engineering drawings and an appreciation or familiarity of schematics and technical datasheets.
• Highly numerate with the ability to research, assemble manage and manipulate numerical information.
• Base skills in Engineering/Manufacturing/Automation.
• An understanding of the importance of data confidentiality.
• Being an enthusiastic individual who has excellent communication skills able to fit into a team environment as part of an expanding Business.
• Problem Solving.
• Competent in IT skills.
• Project management skills.
