Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is an integral player within our sales team, directly contributing to the company's growth through the acquisition of SMB and midmarket businesses (Commercial) in the designated territory. With a direct quota responsibility, this role will focus on understanding the unique needs of smaller and mid-sized businesses and presenting our digital marketing solutions tailored to those needs. The ISR role is ideal for any candidate looking to grow their sales career.

What You'll Do Here

Business Development

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and engage potential clients within the SMB and mid-market segments in the assigned territory.
  • Working with the Business Development Representative, develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and inbound leads.

Sales Execution

  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our social marketing, e-commerce and customer care solutions to potential clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.

Market Understanding

  • Deeply understand the unique needs, challenges, and business environments of commercial segments of the market.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competition, and emerging needs within the digital marketing realm of commercial sectors.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Solution Consulting, Customer Success and Business Development teams assigned to support the territory to further develop and penetrate the territory.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
  • Leverage assets, campaigns and promotions generated by marketing to drive demand.

CRM and Reporting

  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, sales progress, and client information.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding pipeline, forecasted sales, and potential challenges.

What You'll Bring to Us

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably selling digital marketing solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the SMB and midmarket business landscape.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in a clear manner.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
